modernizaci\u00f3n impulsada por el C\u00f3digo Aduanero de la Uni\u00f3n (en adelante, CAU), han puesto en marcha una profunda transformaci\u00f3n digital en la gesti\u00f3n de las operaciones de comercio exterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas de vigencia, el Documento \u00danico Administrativo (en adelante, DUA) deja de utilizarse como instrumento v\u00e1lido para las declaraciones de importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el <span style=\"color: #971b29;\"><strong>14 de octubre de 2025<\/strong><\/span>, su uso ha sido sustituido de manera definitiva por el nuevo <span style=\"color: #971b29;\"><strong>sistema de importaci\u00f3n H1<\/strong><\/span>, que pasa a ser de <span style=\"color: #971b29;\"><strong>aplicaci\u00f3n obligatoria<\/strong><\/span> para todas las declaraciones de importaci\u00f3n presentadas en el territorio aduanero de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p
