style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pr\u00f3ximo <span style=\"color: #971b29;\"><strong>15 de diciembre de 2025 <\/strong><\/span>entrar\u00e1 en funcionamiento el sistema <span style=\"color: #971b29;\"><strong>AES P1<\/strong><\/span> (<em>Automated Export System)<\/em>, el nuevo sistema electr\u00f3nico de exportaci\u00f3n automatizado que marcar\u00e1 el formato de las declaraciones de exportaci\u00f3n adaptado para cumplir con todos los requerimientos del C\u00f3digo Aduanero de la Uni\u00f3n (CAU), donde recordemos, se introdujeron cambios en lo que respecta a las formalidades aduaneras de exportaci\u00f3n y salida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, este nuevo sistema se configura como el <strong>nuevo sistema electr\u00f3nico<\/strong> habilitado para la presentaci\u00f3n de declaraciones aduaneras que permitan incluir la mercanc\u00eda en los reg\u00edmenes aduaneros de <strong>exportaci\u00f3n y perfeccionamiento pasivo<\/strong>, si bien se utilizar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s para el env\u00edo de declaraciones de reexportaci\u00f3n, declaraciones de expedici\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas en el marco del comercio con territorios fiscales especiales, declaraciones de exportaci\u00f3n simplificadas y presentaci\u00f3n en la aduana de las mercanc\u00edas en caso de inscripci\u00f3n en los registros o en el caso de pre \u2013 declaraci\u00f3n de
